Service line Protection Plan
Description: The water line between the meter and the customer’s house is owned by the individual customer. Many people are surprised and unprepared to pay for unexpected repairs on the service line.
Solution: Water system customers pay an annual fee of $109. For this fee we cover any water line leak repairs between the meter and the house up to $5,000 per year. The customer calls us to report the leak and we will handle the rest. Repairs are guaranteed to be done in 4 working days or less. Profits are split 50/50 with the utility (systems with 250 connections or more)
