Formed in 1997 by father and son team, Richard and Steve Cade, Utility Management Group Ltd. was created to be a leader in the operation of water systems, to bring useful technology and professional management to small and medium sized utilities that could not otherwise afford it.
Water System Management
Utility Management Group is currently overseeing total operation for 23 water systems as well as providing specialized services for others.
Currently on staff we have professional personnel that include:
Water Distribution Manager II
Cross Connection Control Specialist
Water Treatment Plant Operator II
In order to serve Orcas Island, Friday Harbor, Decauter and other remote water systems in a timely manner, we maintain several airplanes and have licensed pilots in house.
The Corporation is licensed as a Satellite Management Agency with the Washington Department of Health.
