Our History
Formed in 1997 by father and son team,
Richard and Steve Cade. Utility
Management Group Ltd. was created to
be a leader in the operation of water
systems, to bring useful technology and
professional management to small and
medium sized utilities that could not
otherwise afford it. The Corporation is
licensed as a Satellite Management
Agency with the Washington
Department of Health.
Utility Management Group is currently
overseeing total operation for 38 water
utilities as well as providing specialized
services for others.
